Hydraulic Oils

System series (HL)

The HL series are premium mineral oil–based lubricants designed for reliable performance in demanding industrial applications. Fortified with rust- and oxidation-inhibiting additives, they ensure long service life and dependable equipment protection.

Key Properties
1. Excellent oxidation stability – minimizes sludge and deposits, extending oil and equipment life.
2. Strong rust and corrosion protection – safeguards components in moist or humid conditions
3. Good demulsibility – promotes fast water separation, preventing harmful emulsions

Applications
1. Hydraulic systems under moderate pressure and temperature
2. Circulating lubrication in bearings, gearboxes (non-EP), and compressors
3. General use where high-quality R&O mineral oils are specified

System series (HLP)

The HLP series are premium mineral oil–based hydraulic fluids with advanced additive packages. Unlike HL oils, they contain extra anti-wear agents, giving superior protection where mixed friction occurs.

1. Excellent anti-wear performance – protects pumps, valves, and components under high loads
2. High oxidation & thermal stability – extends service life, reduces sludge
3. Strong rust & corrosion protection – guards in moist environments

System series (HLPD)

The HLPD series are premium detergent/dispersant hydraulic fluids with anti-wear, rust, and oxidation protection plus added detergents to keep contaminants, sludge, and water dispersed. This ensures cleaner, more reliable operation even in harsh, contamination-prone conditions.

1. Detergent/dispersant action – dissolves deposits, suspends dirt, sludge, and water
2. Strong anti-wear protection – safeguards pumps and components under high pressure
3. Excellent rust & corrosion resistance – reliable in humid or water-contaminated systems
4. High oxidation stability – resists degradation and deposit build-up

System series (HLP Super Clean)

The HLP Super Clean series are ultra-refined, high-purity hydraulic oils that deliver the same anti-wear, rust, and oxidation protection as standard HLP fluids, but with exceptionally low contamination levels. Designed for sensitive systems, they reduce the risk of wear, sticking, and failure caused by fine particles.

Key Properties

1. Super-clean formulation – very low solid contaminants (high ISO cleanliness)
2. Excellent anti-wear protection – safeguards pumps, valves, and actuators under high pressure
